1. Place the stem of caster in ladder leg bushing. Press in by hand until secure.
2. Hold ladder with one hand. Depress pin spring on truss. Place truss "U" channel on ladder leg. Align pin with hole and release spring to engage lock.
3. Hold second ladder with one hand. Repeat step 2 to attach other end of truss. Attach second truss in the same manner, making sure both trusses are the same height and parallel to the floor.
4. Complete assembly by laying platform in place beneath the tab and within the edge of each truss.
5. Completely screw the knurled washer onto the threaded nipple of each pin guard to secure the lock mechanism.
